What do I need to bring?
The best approach is to travel light and bring only the essentials. Kayak fishing is most enjoyable when you’re not carrying unnecessary gear
We recommend bringing:
- A valid Florida fishing license (if you plan to fish)
- Sunscreen
- Sunglasses
- A hat
- Plenty of water and a few snacks / lunch
- Comfortable clothing and footwear appropriate for getting wet
- A phone or camera for photos
If you’ve chosen one of our fishing packages, we’ll provide the equipment included with your rental. If you’re building your own rental, simply select the gear you’d like us to provide. Already have your own fishing gear? No problem—just choose your kayak, and we’ll deliver it ready for your adventure on the water.

Whether you’re navigating shallow flats, working a shoreline, or exploring Tampa Bay’s backwaters, a pedal kayak provides better control, greater comfort, and more time spent fishing instead of paddling.
Our premium fishing kayaks also feature elevated seating, providing a more comfortable and natural sitting position than traditional low-profile kayaks. The raised seats make getting in and out of the kayak easier and offer all-day comfort for anglers of all ages and experience levels.
For beginners and experienced anglers alike, pedal kayaks offer one of the most enjoyable, efficient, and accessible ways to fish the water.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled rental, including no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our highest priority. If we determine that weather or water conditions are unsafe due to factors such as lightning, severe thunderstorms, high winds, Small Craft Advisories, or other hazardous conditions, you may choose either:
A full refund, or
A complimentary reschedule to another available date.
Light rain, overcast skies, or typical Florida weather do not automatically result in cancellation. Weather-related decisions are made by our team based on current conditions and safety considerations.
What if I arrive late?
Please arrive at your scheduled launch time. Late arrivals do not extend the rental period, and all rentals will conclude at the originally scheduled return time unless additional time is available and approved in advance.
Can I receive a refund if I return my kayak early?
No. Early returns are considered voluntary and are not eligible for a full or partial refund.
What is the payment policy?
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your rental. By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and weather policy.
